Taylex Group is a preferred partner for HQWS Worldwide Solutions on their international events. We had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with them for their client, Enowa – Neom, at CIGRE 2024 in Paris, showcasing their innovative approach to renewable energy at the Palais des Congrès.

ENOWA is a subsidiary of NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s visionary project to create a sustainable, liveable future. Enowa showcased its revolutionary approach to frequency control and renewable energy.

The exhibition featured immersive experiences, films, and real-world models to illustrate their vision and innovations.

HQ Worldwide Solutions’ client services and creative teams had already designed a high-quality exhibition space for Enowa, incorporating state-of-the-art elements for Cigre 2024. Working closely with HQ, we provided the fabrication and production expertise to bring this design to life within a tight timeline of X days.

Given the tight timeline and complex nature of the project, clear communication and a seamless production process were essential. From our initial kick-off meeting, every technical detail, graphic element, and finish was reviewed and approved to ensure smooth construction and delivery.

Our CNC department was involved from day one, enabling us to prepare the necessary components and machinery ahead of time. This proactive approach ensured that the fabrication process ran efficiently, even before the materials arrived.

The stand itself made an unforgettable first impression, with striking wave walls and internally lit LED logos. Positioned in a high-profile location at the event, the stand’s design captured attention with foot traffic naturally flowing through the booth. From the custom-printed flooring to the graphic-wrapped wave features, every detail was crafted to ensure the stand stood out among the rest of the event.
