Taylex Group was tasked with collaborating with FESPA to create a series of innovative, sustainable exhibition spaces for FESPA Middle East 2025. The event, which will take place at the Dubai Exhibition Centre from January 20-22, 2025, aims to bring together over 100 global brands and engage a diverse audience of industry professionals from across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Our focus was to design and build key areas of the exhibition, including the FESPA Conference Area, the Sustainability Spotlight, the Club FESPA Lounge, and the World Wrap Masters stage, all while staying true to FESPA’s commitment to sustainability.

Drawing on our expertise with beMatrix systems and sustainable materials, we ensured that each space reflected FESPA’s vision of environmental responsibility and cutting-edge design. Our work was aligned with the industry’s ongoing drive toward sustainability, creating an event that resonates with both exhibitors and visitors while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to green practices.

FESPA Conference Area
The FESPA Conference Area served as a dynamic hub for industry knowledge-sharing, combining sustainable architecture with high-impact visuals. The space was designed to inspire global print professionals, offering a platform for dialogue on the latest trends and innovations.

Sustainability Spotlight
The Sustainability Spotlight area was crafted to showcase the latest advancements in eco-friendly practices within the print and visual communications sectors. This space not only highlighted the industry’s commitment to a greener future but also exemplified our sustainable design approach, using eco-conscious materials throughout.

Club FESPA Lounge
An exclusive space for networking and collaboration, the Club FESPA Lounge provided a sophisticated retreat for FESPA Direct (MEA group) members. Designed with modular systems and sustainable finishes, the lounge balanced comfort and innovation, providing a welcoming environment for industry professionals.

World Wrap Masters
The World Wrap Masters stage offered a vibrant platform for creativity and skill, celebrating the best in fleet graphics and wrapping. Designed to showcase excellence, this area was equipped with high-quality graphics and eco-friendly structures, emphasizing FESPA’s commitment to sustainability.
