Sustainability Pledge

Building a Greener Future

At Taylex Group, we’re committed to making the planet better through sustainable practices. Events and exhibitions can take a toll on the environment—whether it’s resources for building, energy for transport, or waste from the build itself.
By using eco-friendly materials, smart practices, and education, we minimize our impact without compromising on design. From reusing timber to heating our factory to reducing CO2 by storing materials on-site, we ensure your stand is as green as possible, always with top-notch design.
Our Environmental Policy
Taylex Group is aware that our everyday business activities can impact the environment and is committed to the protection and conservation of the natural environment, now and into the future. This commitment is recognised not only as intrinsic to the practical and sustainable success of our business, but also in fulfilling the expectations of the broader community.
Our aim is to reduce the impact our company makes on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint, putting measures in place which not only meet current environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements, but where possible exceed it, and reduce this impact so far as is reasonably practicable.
Recycle Policy
Taylex Group leads the way in sustainability with a strong focus on reuse and recycling. We minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint by reusing materials, salvaging elements, and implementing recycling systems. We work to inspire others to adopt eco-friendly practices, building a greener future with every project.
Reuse Rate
We reuse at least 50% of materials in every build, from stock panels and flooring to metalwork, ensuring minimal waste and maximum sustainability.
Sustainable Materials
All materials and finishes used by Taylex comply with environmental standards, including FSC-certified wood products (100% recycled and mixed).
Graphics & Equipment
We use recyclable materials for wall wraps, silicone prints, and signage, all PVC-free. Plus, we prioritize ECO PASSPORT-certified, recyclable inks.
Health & Safety Commitment
The Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees, contractors, and visitors, regardless of their location around the world everyone has the right to work in a safe environment, and we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all through a robust health and safety policy that sets a clear direction for all to follow.
Our commitment extends beyond compliance alone – it is to foster an environment where safety, health and wellbeing are core values throughout the organisation, ensuring that every employee—from the boardroom to the front line—views safety as a personal responsibility and business priority. Developing and sustaining a positive health and safety culture through active leadership, empowerment and open communication is paramount.
