PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Thrive Learning at Learning Technologies 2025, London ExCel

Thrive Learning took centre stage at Learning Technologies 2025 at ExCeL London, Europe’s leading event for workplace learning and technology, to launch its groundbreaking AI-powered platform, Thrive AI, and introduce Kiki its new AI learning companion set to transform how teams create, connect, and upskill.

To bring this moment to life, Taylex Group designed, built, and installed a bold and immersive exhibition stand inspired by the theme of Thrive Tribe Festival. The concept reflected Thrive’s vibrant culture, creating a space that was both fun and functional, drawing in thousands of attendees.

Features included a main stage, cleverly names ThriveChella, an exclusive VIP backstage zone for key customers, an interactive demo area with screens for live Kiki showcases, and a prospect bar with complimentary refreshments and happy hour giveaways.

With smart content creation, instant AI answers, and a slick new UX, Kiki took the spotlight, positioned perfectly within a stand that delivered real impact, energy, and engagement.

Taylex Group in partnership with Netex at Learning Technologies 2025

We partnered with Netex to bring their presence at Learning Technologies 2025 to life, developing the full concept, design, build and installation of their exhibition stand.

With a focus on showcasing the latest features of the Netex Cloud platform, including AI assistants, personalised learning paths and advanced reporting, we designed a space that blended tech with comfort and style, ensuring their stand was warm and inviting. The stand featured interactive demo zones, convenient charging points, and an open layout with defined zones to guide the visitor journey. Plush seating clusters, ambient lighting, and semi-transparent partitions encouraged conversation while maintaining a sense of exclusivity.

Natural materials and greenery added a sustainable feel, while the Estrella beer refreshment bar gave visitors a reason to stay a little longer. A smart, inviting space for one of the leading names in EdTech, we enjoyed collaborating with the team at Netex, and a great build and delivery from the team.

“Working with Taylex has been an absolute pleasure. From initial consultation to the finalised design, they took our initial brief and delivered a creative masterpiece that elevated our stand design presence with a sleek finish that emboldened and brand and delivered on the stand design we envisaged. Will and Daiana were super attentive throughout the entire process. I can’t thank them and the team at Taylex enough for the work they put in to produce a wonderful stand.” – Netex Marketing Team

Taylex Group Middle East sponsoring the Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA) Fashion Show

Our Middle East division are always looking to support the next generation of talent, especially when it means collaborating with creatives shaping the future of live performance.

We recently welcomed the producers, production team, and the lead designer from World Stage Design (WSD) to our Taylex warehouse and training hub.

As sponsors of the WSD production, we have also supported the SPAA fashion show and worked closely with the team to help bring their creative vision to life, providing beMatrix framing solutions that allowed a medium for lighting, projection, and dynamic movement—elevating the way costumes and choreography were presented on stage.

The SPAA ‘Thread of Time’ was a journey through fashion, Pop culture and performance, from intricate costume design to compelling use of multimedia, proved that with the right tools and support, students can deliver professional-level performances that truly captivate.

Our Dubai team have been really honoured to have played a part in making it happen—and even more excited about what’s next for these rising stars and the teams behind them.

Taylex Group Middle East Delivers at Middle East Energy Show

This week, the Dubai World Trade Centre hosted the Middle East Energy Show — a global platform bringing together energy leaders, innovators, and experts to shape the future of energy and accelerate the shift toward smarter, more sustainable solutions.

Taylex Group’s Middle East Division partnered with PFIFFNER Group to design, build, and install their exhibition stand using the eco-conscious beMatrix system. The stand was created not just to elevate brand presence, but to align with sustainability goals using recyclable materials and modular construction.

The space spotlighted two of PFIFFNER Group’s core product brands — MOSER GLASER and HAEFELY — showcasing Swiss-engineered innovation and over 100 years of expertise in high-voltage and grid transformation solutions, tailored specifically for the Middle East and Africa.

We were thrilled to see the PFIFFNER stand take home the award for Most Sustainable Stand at the event, a fantastic recognition of both the client’s vision and our collaborative approach.

Huge congratulations to our Middle East team, and a special shout-out to Nelvin for his outstanding work on the project.
