When the prestigious Global Champions Arabians Tour (GCAT) arrived in London for the first time, our team was tasked with transforming the Royal Hospital Chelsea from one world-class event into another, all in just four days.

Fresh from delivering the Longines Global Champions Tour at the same venue, we de-rigged, reconfigured, and re-clad the entire site to create a unique stage for the Global Champions Arabian tour.

 The Global Champions Arabians Tour is an elite international series celebrating the beauty, grace, and heritage of Purebred Arabian horses. Featuring top-tier competition, cultural showcases, and iconic venues, the GCAT attracts equestrian enthusiasts from across the globe, we were part of delivering this unique and prestigious event.

The project faced an ultra-tight schedule, with only four days to complete the full turnaround from the Longines Global Champions Tour de-rig to Global Champions Arabians Tour readiness, while also delivering a distinct layout and aesthetic that included: new entrance banners and graphics, new graphics for the roof of the hospitality marquee and entrance structures spanning 650sqm in total, all new internal and external wall graphics, cladding for hand rails and VIP and grand stand box columns.

 We relied on proven processes, adapted to meet the demands of this high-pressure context. Immediately after the Longines Global Champions Tour, teams were mobilised to rapidly dismantle cladding, and graphics with de-rigging operations carefully sequenced to allow reinstallation work to begin without delay. While the cladding from LGCT was being removed, parallel task streams ensured that new materials were prepared, technical specifications verified, and production teams for the Global Champions Arabians Tour were liaised with simultaneously.

The Royal Hospital Chelsea was fully transformed and ready for public and competitor access on schedule, with a seamless visual transition that left no trace of the Longines Global Champions Tour layout. In just four days, the Global Champions Arabians Tour took shape, complete with the Fan Village, shopping areas, and competition arenas, creating an immersive, vibrant experience for fans that was distinctly different from LGCT. All of this was achieved with dedicated operational efficiency, delivering both speed and quality.
