The Brief

PFIFFNER Group set out to showcase two of its flagship innovations MICAFLUID and HAEFELY—within a single exhibition space. The challenge was clear: create a unified brand experience that effectively highlighted both products while maintaining their distinct identities.

The goal was to design a stand that not only reflected PFIFFNER Group’s reputation for innovation and precision, but also supported a strong customer journey, encouraging meaningful interaction and discovery without brand overlap or confusion.

 

The Outcome

Our approach centred on designing a fluid, open-plan environment that guided visitors naturally between MICAFLUID and HAEFELY zones. Each brand had its own clearly defined space for individual storytelling, live demonstrations, and technical engagement, while remaining visually and architecturally connected under the PFIFFNER Group umbrella.

Key design elements included:

  • High-impact graphicsand product-specific lighting to differentiate and draw attention to each innovation.
  • Interactive displaysand live demo areas that encouraged hands-on exploration.
  • Elevated brandingand architectural sightlines to maximise visibility from all angles and drive footfall across the stand.
  • A mix ofdigital and physical touchpoints to enhance messaging and create a seamless, informative visitor experience.

Everything—from materials and messaging to layout and lighting—was considered to deliver clarity, engagement, and brand synergy.

 

Results

This project was a masterclass in balancing precision with flexibility. By combining clean architectural form with immersive engagement strategies, we created a space where innovation met storytelling—and where PFIFFNER Group’s commitment to excellence could be experienced from every angle.
